Before arrival, guests receive access to the Happy Guest app via email. At the accommodation, they can also simply scan the QR code.

The app provides them with all the basic information they need: location, parking facilities, Wi-Fi code, a personal welcome message, and even the current weather. It also contains everything about the accommodation itself—from how to use the heating, air conditioning, or sauna to information about amenities and extras such as bicycles or a BBQ.

The Happy Guest app also offers options for upgrades, such as extra linen or towel packages, a breakfast service, and other extras.

More experience, fewer questions

Guests can also discover local recommendations: restaurants, cafés, attractions, outings, and events in the area. Practical information about house rules and check-out is always at their fingertips.

The built-in chat function allows AI to answer most questions immediately. If personal assistance is needed, the conversation is simply transferred to an employee.
